Android phone or tablet
- 1Open Tencias in Chrome.
- 2Tap the menu at the top right.
- 3Tap Install app (or Add to Home screen), then Install.
iPhone or iPad
- 1Open Tencias in Safari.
- 2Tap the Share button (bottom of the screen, or top right on iPad).
- 3Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen, then Add.
Computer
- 1Open Tencias in Chrome or Edge.
- 2Click the install icon at the right end of the address bar, or open the browser menu and choose Install Tencias.
- 3Tencias opens in its own window and gets a shortcut on your desktop or taskbar.
Questions
- Is it in the Play Store or App Store?
- Not yet. You install Tencias straight from this website instead. It is the same app with the same account, and it updates itself, so you always have the latest version.
- Does it cost anything or use much space?
- Installing is free, and it takes very little space because your records stay safely in your Tencias account, not on the phone.
- Does it work without internet?
- It needs a connection to open and save your records, like the website. If you are offline it tells you, and nothing you have already saved is lost.
- Can my staff install it too?
- Yes. Each person installs it on their own phone and signs in with their own account. Their role decides what they can see and do.
